I just saw this crazy film called "Down and Out With The Dolls". It was freakin' hilarious! It was something like an indie rawk version of an "After School Special", meets MTV's "Real World", if they were cool. Any of you seen it?
The film is a bit of a bust, but there is a character named 'AlcoHolly', that is worth the price of admission. She makes drinks in a blender made out of other people's leftover swill, cig butts and all- and serves it up to unknowing victims and she guzzles it down before serving it up! That's hard core.

Any Portlanders (OR) would especially appreciate the obvious references to that particular city's nightlife in the 90's. (Laura?)

I remember the day she came into my bar (The Matador) before she went to go shoot her scenes....I made her a few VERY strong Bloody Mary's to get her started!
